بررسی آثار اقتصادی مولفه های اقتصاد مقاومتی در استان های مختلف ایران

چکیده
در ادبیات اقتصادی، سیاست تاب آوری اقتصادی به عنوان عامل موثر بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی معرفی شده است، با توجه به رشد پایین اقتصادی استان‌های ایران طی سال‌های برنامه پنجم و ششم توسعه، در این مقاله شناسایی مولفه‌های اقتصادی مقاومتی و برآورد اثرآن بر رشد اقتصادی استان‌های ایران از اهداف و مسئله اصلی این تحقیق می‌باشد. مدل این پژوهش بعد از انجام آزمون‌ها با استفاده از روش اقتصادسنجی پانل دیتا (حداقل مربعات تعمیم‌یافته برآوردی) برآورد شده است. در ادبیات اقتصادی مولفه های اقتصاد مقاومتی ، اقتصاد مردم محور (مردم بنیاد)، در تعامل با اقتصاد جهان (برون گرا)، با تکیه به منابع داخلی (درون زا)، استوار بر پایه‌های دانش (دانش بنیان)، مبتنی بر افزایش ثروت ملی و تولید ثروت (عدالت بنیان) تبیین شده است،. مؤلفه‌های اقتصادمقاومتی شامل عدالت‌بنیانی، اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، درون‌زایی، برون‌گرایی و مردمی‌بودن تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر رشد اقتصادی استان های ایران دارد به نحوی که بیشترین اثر را بر رشد اقتصادی استان های ایران مولفه‌های عدالت بنیانی و اقتصاد دانش بنیان دارد. همچنین شاخص ترکیبی اقتصاد مقاومتی بر رشد اقتصادی استان‌های ایران نیز اثرمثبت و معنی داری دارد. با توجه به تاثیر مولفه ها، سیاستگذاران پیشرفت اقتصادی ایران می بایست جهت تحقق رونق اقتصادی در استان های ایران به سیاستهای عدالت محوری و ارتقای شاخص های دانش بنیانی توجه ویژه ای داشته باشند.

Each country needs its own development model to achieve economic development goals. Despite the cruel sanctions of the enemies of the Islamic Revolution, the general policies of the resilience economy were proposed by the Supreme Leader to achieve the goals of the Iranian-Islamic model of progress. The model of this research is estimated after performing the tests using the data panel econometric method (estimated generalized squares). The results show that the combined index of resilience economy has a positive effect on the economic growth of Iranian provinces. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of resilience economy including justice-based, knowledge-based economy, endogenous, extroversion and popular and economic growth of Iranian provinces, so that the component of basic justice and knowledge-based economy has the greatest effect on economic growth of Iranian provinces. Therefore, policy makers of Iran's economic development should pay special attention to justice-oriented policies and the promotion of knowledge-based indicators in order to achieve economic prosperity in the provinces of Iran.
