چکیده

در این مقاله، مفاهیم و تعاریف عدالت، عدالت اجتماعی و عدالت اقتصادی با استفاده از نظرات متفکران و نظریه‌پردازان غربی و اسلامی و با تکیه بر «مبنای عقلا»، مورد استقصاء قرار گرفته و بر اساس آن معیارهای عدالت اقتصادی در چارچوب شریعت اسلام مورد استخراج واقع شده است. این معیارها عبارتند از: برخورداری یکسان از منابع و امکانات عمومی و طبیعی؛ سهم‌بری از تولید براساس ارزش افزوده حاصله توسط هر یک از عوامل تولید، لزوم بهره‌برداری بهینه و کارا از کلیه ثروت­ها و اموال؛ و توازن درآمدها. در قسمت نتیجه‌گیری نیز زمینه‌هایی برای سنجش و ارزیابی اسلامی بودن نظام اقتصادی واقعی دریک جامعه اسلامی بر مبنای شاخص‌های برآورد کننده معیارهای یاد شده معرفی گردیده است.

چکیده [English]

In this paper the concept and the definition of the social and economic justice are
evaluated considering the views of western and Islamic thinkers and theorist and the
focus is on the rationality. According to this evaluation, the criteria of economic
justice in accordance with the Islamic framework are extracted; Which are: the equal
availability of natural resources for everybody, the determination of the agent shares
according to their added value, the importance of being efficient is utilizing the
wealth, and proportionality of incomes. In the final part, some bases for evaluation
of the economic system with the Islamic framework of justice are provided which
can be used to rank the real economies.
